What are your turnaround times?
It depends on the product. For computer/laser checks and accessories we typically ship the orders within 48 business hours. Pending approvals such as: waiting for a void check, logo, or email response, may delay shipment. For manual checks it’s typically a five day turnaround, adding a logo to manual checks may delay the process 1-2 business days. If you are in need of your order to process within 48 hours we strongly suggest that you email us that request as soon as possible so we can try to accommodate you. To be guaranteed that your order is going to be processed and shipped the same day with overnight shipping please make sure to select RUSH at checkout. Rush cut off time is 12:55 pm EST. All orders including rush need to be approved before they can be processed or shipped, you will be notified if additional information is needed.
What carrier do you use for shipping?
Most of our products ship via UPS. Personal checks and self-inking stamps typically ship via USPS.
What is a fractional number?
The bank fractional number can be found on the upper right side of your check to the left of your check number. It’s a sequence of small numbers usually containing slashes and dashes that looks similar to this: 55-7208/2212 (it represents your bank routing number in a different format). If you are unsure of the number, just enter NA or 0000 in the fractional number field and our system will update it automatically.
What does first line on check refer to?
This refers to the first line of your personal information you would like printed on the check. For example, it can be your first and last name or your company name.
What does reverse packing mean?
If you feed your printer with the checks face down, you would select yes to this option and we would pack the checks face down with the lowest check number on top of the box. If you feed your printer face up you would not want reverse packing and you would select no to this option. We would pack your checks face up in the box.
What is a voucher check?
A voucher check is typically a computer check that has one check and two stubs on the same page.
What do 2 parts and duplicates refer to?
Two parts and duplicates are carbon copies of either your check or deposit ticket that are created as a separate page to keep a copy for your records.
