This traditional preprinted laser set comes complete with self-seal envelopes and includes all six parts required by your state, formatted in a convenient 2-up layout (two forms per sheet for two employees).

Compatibility

This kit is compatible with QuickBooks Basic and Enhanced Payroll desktop versions and works with all software that uses preprinted 2-up format forms.
Please note: This product is not compatible with QuickBooks MAC, Intuit, or QuickBooks Online versions.
